Do you ship worldwide?
No, sorry but I currently only ship within the UK.
How much does shipping cost?
If the product that you have ordered is showing in stock, then I aim to process and dispatch your order in 1-2 days. During busy times, such as Christmas, please allow a couple of extra days.
If you have ordered a customised item, then processing may take a bit longer and timescales for customised item dispatch will be included on the individual listing.
Delivery within the UK for all items is free of charge.
I dispatch cards and prints via Royal Mail 2nd class post.
Original artwork will be sent via a 48 hour Royal mail tracked and signed for service.
My order has not arrived. What do I do?
Please allow 7 days from dispatch in case there has been a Royal Mail delay. If your item has still not arrived after 7 days, then please contact me at side.eye.reptile.art@gmail.com so that I can investigate further.
When will I know when my order has been dispatched?
Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirming the same and that I am working on your order. You will then receive another email when I've shipped your order.
Can I collect my order?
Sorry, but I do not offer a collection service.
